Yes. Weed control and fertilization are applied under a Texas Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator license, Category 3 (Ornamental and Turf). Treatments are quoted separately from mowing. We are insured.
No, and most customers are not. We just ask that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and toys, hoses, or furniture are cleared from the lawn when possible.
No, treatments are quoted separately. Weed control and fertilization are their own service because they run on a seasonal schedule rather than a per-visit one. Plenty of customers do both, but you can do either on its own.
Yes, as a separate garden bed and weed maintenance plan. Bed weeding, bush trimming, and border clean-up are quoted on their own rather than added to every regular mow.
Yes. Commercial properties, HOA common areas, larger acreage, and one-off projects are all quoted individually. Use the general inquiry form or text directly.
You are invoiced at the end of each month for that month's visits. Payment is by card on file or ACH. There is no deposit and nothing is due up front.
Usually within 24 hours. Text your address, and in most cases we can have your first cut done the next day.
By default we mulch clippings back into the lawn, which returns nitrogen to the soil and is better for the turf. If you would rather have them bagged and hauled off we can do that for an extra charge, quoted based on how much growth there is and the size of the lot.
$25 is our floor, and it applies to small front-yard-only service on a dense lot. A full yard, front and back, trimmed, edged and blown off, typically runs $40 to $55.
